This online enrollment process will be conducted through the Item Bank System (IBS). All public and private school heads across Punjab are required to complete the online registration of 8th-class students within the official timeline using their school login credentials. پنجاب آٹھویں کلاس رجسٹریشن ۲۰۲۶ نوٹیفیکیشن کی تفصیلات
پنجاب ایجوکیشن، کریکولم، ٹریننگ اینڈ اسیسمنٹ اتھارٹی (PECTAA) کی طرف سے سال ۲۰۲۶-۲۷ کے سالانہ امتحانات کے لیے گریڈ 8 کے طلباء کی آن لائن رجسٹریشن کا شیڈول جاری کر دیا گیا ہے۔ تمام سرکاری اسکولوں کے سربراہان (CEOs) کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ وہ آئٹم بینک سسٹم (IBS) کے پورٹل پر اپنے اسکول کی آفیشل لاگ ان آئی ڈی استعمال کرتے ہوئے بچوں کا ڈیٹا اپلوڈ کریں۔
رجسٹریشن کے لیے اہم ہدایات اور ضروری مراحل:
۱۔ تاریخ پیدائش (DOB): اسکول سربراہان اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ آن لائن فارم میں درج کی گئی تاریخِ پیدائش اسکول کے آفیشل ریکارڈ سے بالکل میچ کرتی ہو۔ کسی بھی غلطی کی صورت میں تمام تر ذمہ داری ادارہ کے سربراہ پر ہوگی۔
۲۔ عمر کی درستگی (Age Correction): عمر کی درستگی سے متعلق تمام درخواستیں PECTAA کے رولز اور ریگولیشنز کے مطابق ہی پراسیس کی جائیں گی۔
۳۔ تصویر اپلوڈ کرنا: رجسٹریشن فارم مکمل کرتے وقت تمام امیدواروں کی تازہ ترین پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر اپلوڈ کرنا لازمی ہے۔
۴۔ آخری تاریخ کا انتظار نہ کریں: تمام اداروں کو سختی سے ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ وہ مقررہ وقت کے اندر رجسٹریشن کا عمل مکمل کریں تاکہ سسٹم پر لوڈ نہ بڑھے۔
⚠️ رجسٹریشن شیڈول: آن لائن رجسٹریشن کا آغاز ۲۵ مئی ۲۰۲۶ سے ہو چکا ہے اور فارم جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ ۰۸ جولائی ۲۰۲۶ ہے۔
