Military Engineering Services (MES) Jobs 2026 – Apply Online

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• Candidates will apply online on our website www.mes.gov.pk. Candidates will be called
  for screening (written) / Skill (practical) test at only specified cities i.e Peshawar, Rawalpindi,
  Lahore, Multan, Karachi and Quetta (these stations may be reduced / enhanced keeping in
  view the number of applicants). Candidates must specify exam center in their online application
  form.
• An objective type screening test will be held for the post of Lower Division Clerk, out of
  Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General/ IT Knowledge and Subject relevant to post
  along with typing test of shortlisted LDCs. Skill / practical test will also be conducted for the post of
  Civil / MT Driver.
• Paper checking for the post of LDC will be carried out through Optical Mark Reader (OMR)
  machine. Candidates are instructed to get themselves well conversant with the procedure.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview before final selection.
• Non-Muslims must provide their declaration, on oath, at the time of interview as well as at
  the time of joining, if applicable.
• Govt Servants including MES staff must apply through online job portal and forward their
  NOC through department, showing their present service number (if any), rank and place of duty.
• Applicants of BPS-11 will deposit Rs. 1000/- (fee) through online generated Challan
  Form in all branches of Askari Bank & Easypaisa by 26 June 2026.
  Note: Bank Drafts / Postal Orders will not be accepted at all.
• Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be given as under:-.

• Age of candidates will be calculated with effect from closing date of receipt of applications
  i.e 21 June 2026.

• Candidates will have to produce following documents in original and attested
  photocopies at the time of interview:-
  a. 3 x Latest passport size photographs.
  b. Attested photocopy of educational qualification.
  c. Attested copy of CNIC
  d. Domicile duly verified from concerned district.
  e. Experience Certificates (if applicable).
  f. Attested copy discharge certificate DASB (for candidate himself from Army) / svc
  cert / NOC from concerned office (for serving candidates in MES / other Govt
  department).
  g. Declaration on oath from Non-Muslim candidate duly verified from Magistrate
  Grade-l.
  h. Disability certificate showing nature of disability issued by District Rehabilitation
  Organizations OR District Council of Health.

Appointing authority reserves the right to accept or reject any / all applications without
indicating any reason.

• All communication will be made through the valid active contact number (mobile number).
  Call letters for test / interview will only be placed on our official website i.e www.mes.gov.pk.
  Candidates are required to keep visiting the website.
• If any of the documents / information found fake or bogus at any stage, candidature of the
  particular candidate will stand cancelled. Even in case of his / her selection, such fake documents
  whenever found, will lead to appropriate disciplinary action/ criminal proceedings against such
  person.
• Last date for online submission of applications is 21 June 2026.
• No TA / DA will be paid for appearing in Test / Interview.
